Terms of service

These terms cover the ProfitSonar browser extension and the ProfitSonar website (together, "ProfitSonar"). By creating an account or using ProfitSonar you agree to them.

What ProfitSonar is

ProfitSonar helps you keep track of your own outreach: the profiles you visit on purpose, your notes, and the pipeline stages you move contacts through. It works from the address of the tab you're on and what you type or click. It does not read, copy or change LinkedIn's pages, and it doesn't automate anything there.

Your account

• You need an account to use ProfitSonar. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 16.
• One person per account.

Using ProfitSonar responsibly

• Use ProfitSonar only for your own outreach, and follow the terms of the sites you use it with, including LinkedIn's User Agreement.
• Only record information you're allowed to keep, and handle it in line with the privacy laws that apply to you.
• Don't try to access other accounts' data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it to get around its limits.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from your account page. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Plan changes are prorated: we show you exactly what you'll pay before you confirm.
• Except where the law requires, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next renewal.

Your data

What you put into ProfitSonar is yours. We use it only to provide ProfitSonar to you, as described in our privacy policy. You can export it at any time and delete your account in one step.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ProfitSonar available and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or stop features; if we stop ProfitSonar altogether we'll give you notice and time to export your data.

Disclaimers and liability

ProfitSonar is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to ProfitSonar is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using ProfitSonar and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after telling you why where we reasonably can.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in ProfitSonar before the change takes effect.
