›Is the Free plan really free?

Yes. Track as many contacts and pipelines as you like, with notes and history, and see the last 30 days on your dashboard. No card needed.

›What does Pro add?

Reporting: your pipeline funnel with the time between stages, a list of follow-ups due, and reports over any range up to 12 months.

›Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from your account page and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Your data stays either way.

›What happens to my data if I delete my account?

It's deleted straight away, and a paid plan is cancelled first. Export it from Settings beforehand if you want a copy.

›Does ProfitSonar read LinkedIn?

No. It works only from the address of the tab you're on and what you type or click. It never reads or changes LinkedIn's pages.
