Intentional visits: Click Ping when you look someone up on purpose. ProfitSonar keeps the count and the last time.
Soft visits (optional): Turn on soft visits to see when a profile last appeared in your browser history. Read on demand, never stored or synced.
Your label: Name each contact however you like. Use ↻ to suggest one from the profile address; ProfitSonar never reads the page.
Category and dates: Pick a category, and record when you connected and when you last talked.
Notes: Time-stamped notes, newest first, collapsed to their first line until you open them.

Pipelines

Define your pipelines: Write them as Name: Stage > Stage > Stage. Use one for outreach, another for partnerships.
Advance and step back: Each stage is time-stamped when you reach it. Step back if a deal stalls; the history keeps both.
A complete history: Tracking started, pipeline set, advanced, stepped back: every change is logged automatically.

On the web

Activity over time: Visits, notes and stage advances per week. Free shows the last 30 days; Pro covers up to 12 months.
Pipeline funnel (Pro): How many contacts reached each stage, how many are there now, and the median days between stages.
Follow-ups due (Pro): Tracked contacts you haven't touched in two weeks, longest first, one click from their profile.
Every contact, searchable: Filter by pipeline, stage or category and open a contact for its notes and full history.

Your account

Same account in the extension and on the web: Sign in once in the side panel and on the website; everything stays in step.
Settings in either place: Edit categories and pipelines in the extension or on the website.
Export and delete: Download your contacts as CSV or everything as JSON. Delete your account in one step.
